Recently, Chengdu Jianfa Luzhou International Plaza has faced a series of severe challenges in terms of cooking fume treatment. Furthermore, the original layout of the cooking fume emission system in the plaza is not reasonable enough, leading to the accumulation of cooking fumes in pipelines, which is prone to causing safety hazards such as fires. The issue of cooking fume treatment urgently needs to be addressed.

(1) On-site inspection and problem diagnosis

Upon receiving the project request from Chengdu Jianfa Luzhou International Plaza, Guanglan Environmental Protection immediately dispatched a professional team to conduct an on-site inspection. The team conducted a detailed investigation and analysis of the distribution of catering businesses within the plaza, the condition of kitchen equipment, the routing of oil fume exhaust pipes, and the surrounding environment. By measuring parameters such as oil fume concentration and air volume, the team accurately assessed the oil fume pollution situation in the plaza. Through in-depth communication with the plaza management and catering businesses, the team understood their actual needs and difficulties, providing a basis for formulating a targeted oil fume purification plan

(2) Personalized scheme design

Based on the on-site inspection results, Guanglan Environmental Protection designed a comprehensive fume purification scheme for Chengdu Jianfa Luzhou International Plaza. Considering the large amount of air volume that needs to be processed at the plaza, as well as the varying fume emission characteristics of different catering businesses, the scheme adopts a combination of centralized and distributed fume purification systems. For large catering businesses, high-efficiency electrostatic fume purifiers equipped with high-power fans are used to ensure that fumes can be quickly collected and purified. For small catering businesses, modular fume purification equipment is adopted, which is flexible to install and easy to maintain. At the same time, the fume emission pipelines are re-planned and renovated to optimize the pipeline layout, reduce bends and resistance, and prevent fume accumulation. A deodorization module has been added to the purification equipment to effectively remove fume odors and improve the surrounding air quality

Implementation of purification project (400,000 m³/h)

(1) Equipment selection and installation

According to the design plan, we selected oil fume purifiers and odor removers capable of meeting the processing demand of 400,000 cubic meters of air volume. These devices utilize advanced manufacturing techniques and high-quality materials, offering advantages such as high purification efficiency, low energy consumption, and stable operation. During the installation process, strict adherence to construction specifications ensured the equipment was securely installed, the pipelines were tightly connected, and the electrical wiring was correct. Additionally, attention was paid to coordinating with the overall decoration style of the square, achieving an aesthetic and elegant appearance

(2) Debugging and optimization

After the equipment installation was completed, comprehensive debugging and optimization work was carried out. Fine adjustments were made to various parameters of the equipment to ensure its operation at its optimal state. The purification effect of the oil fume was tested, and the results showed that the emission concentration of oil fume was far below the national environmental protection standards, and the odor was effectively removed. At the same time, the intelligent monitoring system was tested to ensure its ability to accurately monitor the operation status of the equipment and the emission of oil fume

(3) Training and delivery

In order to enable the square management and catering merchants to correctly use and maintain the fume purification equipment, Guanglan Environmental Protection organized a professional training. They were introduced in detail about the operation method, precautions, maintenance points, and common troubleshooting methods of the equipment. After the training, the equipment was officially handed over to Chengdu Jianfa Luzhou International Plaza, and a comprehensive after-sales service commitment was provided to ensure that customers have no worries.
